The petition at the first instance was filed challenging the show cause notice issued to the Petitioner on 25.9.2018. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner fairly makes a statement that pending the petition before this Court, yesterday the Petitioner has been served with an order of termination also.

In view of the subsequent development where the service of the Petitioner has been terminated, the present writ petition in its present form would not be sustainable.

Let the Petitioner prefer an appeal against the order of termination under Section 9 of the C.I.S.F. Act, 1968 before the concerned appellate authority, reserving the right of the Petitioner to approach this Court after the decision of the appellate authority.

In the event of the Petitioner filing an appeal promptly, the appellate authority is directed to ensure that the appeal is decided within a time frame prescribed under the rules.
