1. This application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the applicant apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No. 226/2013 registered at Police Station Sarsiwa, District Baloda Bazar-Bhatapara for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 506, 450 IPC.
2. Earlier the anticipatory bail application bearing MCRCA No.38 of 2014 was dismissed on 13.02.2014.
3. Learned State counsel submits that Rs.5000/- reward is on the applicant as he is absconding till today.
4. Considering the fact that the applicant is absconding, I am not inclined to
extend the benefit of anticipatory bail to the applicant. The applicant , if so advised, may surrender and apply for regular bail before the concerned trial Court and if such application is filed, the concerned trial Court shall consider and decide the same as early as possible.
