1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief(s) which

have been sought by the petitioner has been granted by the Coordinate bench of this Court in WP(C). No. 2009/2015 & WP(C) No.2010/2015 by order dated 13.09.2017 subject to certain directions and this writ petition may be disposed of in similar line. Learned State Counsel does not dispute the fact and submits that similar issue has been adjudicated by the coordinate Bench of this Court.

2. A perusal of the record would also show that another petition bearing WP(C). No.1750/2016 (Divyansh Infra Estate Private Ltd -Vs- State of Chhattisgarh and others) was also decided on 06.10.2017 wherein the directions given in WP(C) No.2009/ 2015 and 2010/2015 were made applicable.

3. Learned counsel for respondent No.5 submits that all the allottees have been allotted the land owned by respondent No.5 M/s. Sanjay Bajpai Builders Pvt. Ltd on the basis of mutual consent. The statement is also taken on record.

4. Considering such submissions, the present petition is also disposed of in similar terms of the order dated 13.09.2017 passed in W.P(C) Nos. 2009/2015 & WPC No. 2010/2015. However, the petitioner shall have liberty to raise grounds available to her under the law.
