Heard on prayer for grant of leave to appeal. 2.

Taking into consideration the submission of learned State counsel that though the prosecution has not come out with the evidence of cruelty in connection with demand of dowry soon before death, dead body was found hanging in the matrimonial house in suspicious circumstances, we are inclined to grant leave to appeal.
