The present is an application under Section 438 of CrPC seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the Applicant who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.88/2017, registered at Police Station- Nagari, Dhamtari, District- Dhamtari, for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 487, 471, 34 of IPC.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant prays for withdrawal of the present anticipatory bail application on the ground that the Applicant has been arrested.
