At the outset, learned counsel for the applicants prays for withdrawal of the instant MCRC(A) with liberty that if they surrender before the regular criminal court, their application may be heard and considered after prior 4 days service of notice to the
concerned Police Station for their surrender on a specific date and the concerned police shall submit the case diary after receipt of any such information before the concerned criminal court and the bail application filed be disposed of as expeditiously as possible, preferably same day.
