No Mr. Ashish Shukla, Panel Lawyer, for the State. Reply filed on behalf of the State discloses that the orders have been passed by the concerned officer on 15.12.2017 for release of the vehicle. In view of this counsel for the petitioner at present do not want to press this petition and seeks liberty that he may be given liberty to challenge any proceeding as and when the occasion arises.

Considering the reply of the State which is supported by the affidavit wherein it is stated that the order have been passed to release the vehicle, the petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, it is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
