1. The limited grievance, which the petitioner has made through the present writ petition is for a direction the respondent no.2 to consider the representation which the petitioner has made so far as considering to accommodate the petitioner against the cadre which is not a dying cadre, so that the petitioner may have the benefit of career growth/promotional avenues under the respondent no.2.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that since the post against which the petitioner is discharging has been declared as a dying cadre, there is no possibility of any career growth or promotional avenues in the present system. He has made a representation in this regard for considering his claim in view of the provisions of F.R. 15A.
3. Given the limited grievance of the petitioner, let the respondent no.2 consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order
in consultation with the State Government in this regard as early as possible.
4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
