1. The challenge in the present Writ Petition is not to an order passed against the petitioner but is to the action on the part of the respondents so far as transferring the respondent No. 3 in place where the petitioner is presently working.

2. Contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner is presently working as a Chief Executive Officer of Janpad Panchayat, Ramanujnagar, District Surajpur and respondent No. 3 vide the impugned order

dated 13.09.2019 has been transferred to the said place. Grievance of the petitioner is that in the event if the respondent No.3 assumes the duty, the petitioner would be left without any assignment. There is no order of transferring the petitioner to any other place.

3. Given the factual matrix of the case, let respondent No.1 take immediate steps in ensuring that interest of the petitioner is also suitably protected and his interest is taken care of in the light of the order dated 13.09.2019 is concerned.

4. Let petitioner bring this fact to the notice of the respondent No.1 by way of representation to be made within a period of 10 days from today.

5. Till Respondent No. 1 takes a decision on the said representation of the petitioner which has to be filed within 10 days, let status quo as it exists today so far as posting of the petitioner is concerned be maintained.

6. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
