Challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 1.10.2018, Annexure P-1, whereby the service of the petitioner has been transferred from Government Girls PG College, Raipur to Government Kamladevi Rathi, Girls PG College, Rajnandgaon.

Without entering into the merits of the case, counsel for the petitioner wants that the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation to the respondents raising these grounds and the respondents in turn may decide the same as expeditiously as possible.

Not opposed.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that, if she so chooses, she may prefer a detailed representation to the respondents, which, considering the fact that it is a case of transfer, the respondents may decide within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the same.
