Hon'ble Smt. Justice Rajani Dubey Order On Board 26.10.2018 Heard on application (MCC) for restoration of FA No. 180/2003. Though the prayer is opposed by the other side, taking into consideration the cause shown in the application, I am satisfied with the ground as mentioned for his non-appearance when the case was called on for hearing.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. Order dated 17.09.2018 which was dismissed for want of prosecution is hereby recalled and the F.A.
