1. The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order of transfer Annexure P-1 dated 16.08.2019, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Pamgarh to Sukma.

2. The contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that, the mother-inlaw is totally dependent on the petitioner as there is no other son/daughter available for the mother-in-law, other than the wife of the petitioner, who is the sole child. The petitioner is the son-in-law

-2to take care for the mental ailment that the mother-in-law is suffering from.

3. Given the said facts, let the petitioner make a fresh detailed representation to the authorities concerned within 10 days and the respondent authorities may consider and decide the same within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this representation.

4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, there shall be stay of the effect and operation of the impugned order, so far as the petitioner is concerned.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off.
