Counsel for the petitioner submits that pending the petition the F.I.R. against the petitioner has already been registered; hence the petition in its present form has become infructuous and the counsel prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to challenge the subsequent developments before this Court.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
