1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has made in the present writ petition is that the salary of the petitioner from May, 2019 till date has not been released and an appropriate direction in this regard be given.

2. On a query being put to the counsel for the petitioner, he categorically accepts that the petitioner has discharged his duties at the Govt. High School, Sahilaghat, Block Bilaigarh, District Balodabazar-Bhatapara, Chhattisgarh.

3. Given the said specific submission by the petitioner that he has discharged his duties during the relevant period, this Court is of the opinion that there is no reason whatsoever for the respondents not to release the salary of the

-2petitioner. Accordingly, the respondents No.3 to 5 are directed that they shall take all necessary steps ensuring the release of the salary of the petitioner after due verification, whether the petitioner has discharged his duties at the said school or not for the relevant period.

4. Let this exercise be completed within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
