1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that within 9 months from the date of present posting, he has been again transferred to Patwari Halka 17, Kodiya Tahsil Sipat for which he may be allowed to make representation. He also submits that he is office bearer of C.G. Revenue Patwari Union.

2. Perused the documents and heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Be that as it may, considering the facts petitioner is at liberty to make representation before the concern authority within 7 days from today and thereafter the same shall be considered and decided within a further period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of the representation in accordance with law.

-24. In the meanwhile, status quo with respect to the posting of petitioner shall be maintained, as it exists today, till the representation is decided.
