1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that in spite of the fact that the petitioner has worked and discharged his duties as 'Rojgar Sahayak' between January, 2014 to July, 2015 but till date he has not been paid salary.

2. According to the petitioner he has discharged his duties at gram Panchayat Nagoi, under Cluster Nagoi, Dhandhan under Block Takhatpur but he has not been paid salary for the aforementioned period.

3. Given the facts, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the writ petition itself is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 & 3 to verify whether the petitioner has discharged his duties during the said period at the concerned Gram Panchayat or not and thereafter take appropriate steps for releasing the salary of the petitioner if he is otherwise legally entitled for the same under the rules at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
