1. The grievance of the petitioner in the instant case is that the respondents have till date not taken a final decision on the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment.

2. According to the petitioner, his father was working on the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade- III and who died in harness on 27.06.2014. According to the petitioner when he attained the age of majority, he immediately moved an application for compassionate appointment. But till date, respondents have not taken a final decision on the claim of the petitioner.

3. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, let respondent No.2 & Respondent No. 6 to 8 take an appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioner in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
