1. Heard on admission.

2. By way of this review petition, the applicant/claimant has sought modification in the judgment dated 18.02.2019 passed in MAC No.1571 of 2015 to the extent that in view of the injuries suffered by the claimant, the part of the body where the injury was caused and the nature of job of the claimant the functional disability of the claimant was more than 10% and further 50% deduction on the ground of contributory negligence of the claimant should not have been from the entire amount of compensation.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the

judgment sought to be reviewed, this Court is of the opinion that all the relevant aspects of the matter have already been considered by this Court. There is no ground to review the judgment dated 18.02.2019.

4. Accordingly, the review petition being without any substance is hereby dismissed at the motion stage.
