1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that she may be allowed to make representation

before respondent No. 1/State for redressal of her grievances which may be directed to be considered and decided in accordance with law.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

3. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to make representation before respondent No. 1 for redressal of her grievance relating to the payment of annual increments for the period of ad-hoc service rendered by her within three weeks from today, which will be considered and decided by respondent No. 1 within further two months strictly in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order. Petitioner is also at liberty to file relevant circulars/decisions along with the representation in support of her case. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).
