1. Both the applications are heard and decided together by this common, order, as both the bail applications are arising out the same crime number and offences.

2. Learned counsel for the applicants after arguing for some time, prays to withdraw this instant bail applications filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C and also seeks direction to the concerned Court that the applications for regular bail be decided on the same day, if the, applicants surrender and applies for grant of regular bail before the concerned Court.

3. Accordingly, the bail applications filed under Section 438 of Cr. P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. The concerned Court is directed to consider on the regular bail applications of the applicants, if the, applicants surrender and applies for regular bail before the concerned Court below and decide the same as far as possible, on the same day.
