1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P1 whereby the services of the petitioner has been transferred from Janjgir-Champa to Gariyaband.

2. The primary ground of challenge is that the petitioner while working from District Janjgir-Champa had opted for pursuing the Course of BSc. Nursing and she has been found selected with one more candidate from the said district and the course of likely to start very

soon. At this juncture, if the petitioner is transferred, her selection may get adversely affected.

3. This Court at this juncture, on the said submission of the petitioner makes it clear that selection of the petitioner for BSc. Nursing should not under the any circumstance get adversely affected by virtue of order of transfer that has been issued against the petitioner. State authorities would ensure that in spite of the order of transfer the petitioner would be permitted to pursue BSc. Nursing Course in which she has been found selected. In addition, the petitioner against the order of transfer of aggrieved would be permitted to make representation which the authorities shall consider on its merits.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
