Agrawal Order On Board 28/11/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the correct name of petitioner's husband is 'Manish Soni' whereas, it has wrongly been mentioned in case diary in Crime No.463/2017 registered at Police Station Basna, District Mahasamund as 'Hemant Soni', therefore, the concerned Police Station may be directed to correct the name of petitioner's husband in case diary. (2) Mr. Dhiraj Wankhede, learned counsel appearing for the State on written instruction of the Station House Officer, would submit that the correct name of petitioner's husband is Manish Soni, which has been confirmed from Adhaar Card.

(3) I have heard learned counsel for the parties. (4) After hearing learned counsel for the parties, order passed by this Court is not required to be corrected in the instant petition. It is accordingly dismissed.
