1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer dated 23.08.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Rajnandgaon to Gariyaband.

2. According to the petitioner his seniority is maintained Division wise and in the instant case the petitioner has been transferred outside

the division and therefore his seniority and his promotional prospects may be adversely affected.

3. Given the facts, let petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondent No.1 within a period of 10 days from today, who in turn shall decide the same within a period of 45 days.

4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed so far as the petitioner is concerned.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
