1. This is an office reference based on the request letter dated 27/04/2019 sent by the 4th Civil Judge Class-I, Bilaspur for extension of time for final disposal of civil suit No. 52A/94.

2. This Court vide order dated 12/09/2018 had granted two month's time to learned trial Court to dispose of the civil suit No. 52A/94, which has not been complied and further extension of time has been sought by the Court below to comply with the order passed by this Court.

3. Considering the request made and the grounds stated in the letter, finally 45 days' time is granted to learned trial Court to dispose of the said civil suit by taking the trial on day-to-day basis.

4. Accordingly, this M.C.C. stands disposed of.
