1. Grievance of the petitioner is that the father of the petitioner died in harness on 06.03.2004 while working as Peon in Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribe Hostel. It is stated that subsequently the petitioner had made a representation, however, the same has not been decided till date. Therefore, the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to make a fresh representation along-with other documents to the Respondent No.2 & 3, who may decide the same in accordance with law.

2. Since the petitioner is seeking job on compassionate ground as the father of the petitioner died in harness on 06.03.2004 while was in service and considering the fact that the representation earlier filed by the petitioner has not been decided, the petitioner is given liberty to file a fresh representation

before the Respondent No.2 & 3 within a period of 30 days from today and the representation having been filed, the same shall be decided by the Respondent No.2 & 3 within a further period of 90 days.
