Challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 23.8.2019 (Annexure P-1) whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Sub Health Centre, Parsodhi, District Surguja to Community Health Centre, Ropakhar, District Surguja.

Contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has been subjected to frequent transfers, inasmuch as he was recently transferred vide order dated 12.7.2019 from Sub Health Centre, Namnakala, Block Ambikapur to Sub Health Centre, Parsodhi and pursuant to which he was relieved on 26.7.2019 and he gave his joining on 27.7.2019 and in less than one month's time he has again been transferred vide the present impugned order. 3.

Given the said facts, let the petitioner within 10 days from today make an appropriate representation to the respondents which in turn shall be considered and decided by the respondents as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of representation. 4.

Till the representation is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order of transfer (Annexure P-1) shall remain stayed so far as the petitioner is concerned.
