1. This is the first bail application under Section 438 of the CrPC and there is no bail application is pending before any other Court.

2. The applicant is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.260/2016 registered at Police Station Pamgarh, District JanjgirChampa (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 354, 354(D), 506, 509 of IPC read with Section 3(2)(5) of SC/ST Act.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wants to withdraw this anticipatory bail application because the applicant has already been arrested.

4. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
