Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has been transferred from Municipal Corporation, Bhilai to Nagar Palika Parishad, Kirandul, District - South Bastar, therefore, he prays to allow him to make representation before State Government, which may be considered and decided at the earliest.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation to the State Government within 10 days from today and it is directed that representation be decided in next three weeks by the State Government by

passing an impugned order in accordance with law. 3.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition finally stand disposed of.
