1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working as Cooperative Extension Officer at Block Koilibeda, Pakhanjur and his wife is having advance stage pregnancy and now he has been transferred to the Office of Deputy Registrar, Cooperative, Kanker without any administrative exigency and for which, he has already made a representation to respondent No.2, which may be directed to be considered and decided expeditiously.

2. Be that as it may, respondent No.2 is directed to consider

and decide the petitioner's representation taking into consideration the reasons assigned in the representation and also considering the fact that the petitioner's wife is having advanced stage of pregnancy, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and to pass a reasoned and speaking order. For the period of four weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner, if he has already not relieved.

3. With the aforesaid observation / direction, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
