Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to withdraw this petition with liberty to seek appropriate remedy against the order of confiscation before the appropriate forum as contemplated under section 47B and 47-C of the C.G. Excise Act, 1915. Prayer is allowed.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. Registry is directed to return certified copy of the order Annexure P-1 after retaining photo copy of the same.
