At the outset, without entering into merits of the case, the order impugned dated 08.08.2018 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pithora, District Mahasamund is revisable as per the provisions prescribed under Section 397 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. Therefore, the petition is not maintainable. However, the petitioner may question or assail the same before the appropriate revisional Court under the said provision, if he so desire. 2.
