This is the third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 143/2018 registered at Police Station - Civil Line, District & Revenue Distt. Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh for the offence punishable under Sections 20(B) and 21 of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985. 3.

The applicant is in jail since 12.02.2018. The applicant's first bail application was dismissed by order of this Court dated 23/07/2018 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 4136/2018 and his second bail application was also rejected by the learned Court below vide order dated 28/08/2019. Now this third bail application has been filed.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicant at length and considering

that 10 kg. of Ganja (which is a commercial quantity) has been seized from the possession of the applicant, I do not consider it a fit case to entertain the applicant's third bail application. Accordingly, third bail application stands rejected. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial expeditiously. 5.
