This petition has been brought against the impugned order dated 07-092021 passed by the Tehsildar/respondent No.4 directing the eviction of the petitioner from the disputed property in exercise of power under Section 250 of C.G. L.R.C., 1959.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties represented, it is observed that the impugned order is appealable before S.D.O./respondent No.3. Therefore, this petition is disposed off at the motion stage. The petitioner is granted liberty to prefer appeal before S.D.O. Revenue within a time limit of 30 days and also, she is at liberty to file application for grant of stay on the impugned order before the same authority. It is ordered that during this period the appeal is filed and the stay application is decided by the respondent No.3, the effect and operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed for a period of 40 days from today. The respondent No.3 is also directed to decide the application for grant of interim relief expeditiously.
