"While the allegation in the writ petition is that without publishing the tender in daily newspaper work has been allotted to respondent No.4, Mr. Vikram Sharma, learned Deputy Government Advocate appearing for the respondents No.1 and 2 submits that tender was published in three newspapers, namely, Deshbandhu, Amanpath and Bastar Impact.

Mr. Vikash A. Shrivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for some time to take instruction. List on 9th of December, 2021."
