ORDER

08/12/2021 Heard.

1. This is second bail application filed by applicant under Section 439 of CrPC for grant of regular bail as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 55/2021 registered at Police Station Mujgahan, District Raipur (C.G.) for offence punishable under Section 294, 506, 323, 394, 384, 34 of IPC. First Bail application filed by applicant was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 04.10.2021.

2. Perused the grounds raised in the second bail application.

3. Perusal of grounds would show that applicant has not raised any new grounds for consideration in this bail application. This second application is filed within two months of rejection of first application as withdrawn. All the grounds raised by learned counsel for applicant in this application is on merits of the case which have already been considered by this Court while considering earlier bail application of applicant on 04.10.2021.

4. In view of above, I do not find any good ground to entertain this second bail application.

5. Second bail application filed by applicant for grant of regular bail is accordingly dismissed.
