The applicants have preferred this application for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.237/2018 registered in Police Station Suhela, District Baloda Bazar-Bhatapara (C.G.) for offence punishable under sections 307, 498-A, 323, 147 of IPC. 2.
As per the prosecution case, a report was made by one Nandini Dahre on 29/07/2018 that the present applicants who are friends of Rakesh @ Manglu elder brother-in-law of Nandini Dahre complainant went to the house and Rakesh tried to set Nandini Dahre ablaze by pouring kerosene and these applicants were with him and they assaulted Uttari Bai mother-in-law of the complainant.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have been falsely implicated in the case, they went to pacify the dispute and they are not relative of Nandani Dahre, therefore the applicants may be
released on bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.
Perused the statement of Nandani Dahre the complainant. Prima facie it appears that the applicants are not relative of Nandani Dahre, they went alongwith Rakesh brother-in-law. Taking into nature of allegation, charge sheet has been filed, this court is inclined to release the applicants on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicants shall be released on each of them furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety each in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for their regular appearance before it as and when directed.
