Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to make representation to respondent authority for payment of salary for
the month of August, 2020 and from October, 2020 to January, 2021 in accordance with law.

Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to make representation along with supporting documents before respondent No.2 and thereafter, respondent No.2 shall consider the case of the petitioner within four weeks for payment of salary for the aforesaid months in accordance with law. 3.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
