Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has been transferred by impugned order dated 09.11.2021 from Raipur to Jagdalpur, therefore, he prays to allow him to make representation before State Government, which may be considered and decided at the earliest. 2.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation to the State Government within two weeks from today and it is directed that representation be decided in other three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In the next three weeks the impugned order of transfer

shall not be given effect to.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition finally stand disposed of.
