1. Learned counsel for applicant submits that first bail application of applicant was dismissed on merits on 20.10.2020, this is second bail application filed only on the ground of delay in trial, as none of witnesses have been examined till date.

2. Learned State Counsel submits that first bail application of applicant has been dismissed on merits considering that applicant is involved in more than one cases, he looted the persons on highway and in all cases he has been identified. Hence, this second bail application is not liable to be admitted.

3. At this stage, learned counsel for applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application. However, he submits that looking to the period of detention of applicant since 05.06.2020, a direction be issued to Court below concerned to conclude the trial at the earliest.

4. Prayer is allowed.
