1. The grievance of the petitioner in the instant petition is the order of suspension issued by the respondent No.4 on 31.10.2017.
2. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was placed under suspension on certain false complaint made against him so far as his appointment is concerned. He further submits that subsequent to his being placed under suspension, the department has conducted an enquiry and enquiry report has also been submitted by the enquiry officer to the competent authority but till date no final decision has been taken on the said enquiry report and the petitioner continues to be placed under suspension.
3. Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court is of the opinion that ends of justice would be served if this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Nos.3 & 4 to look into the grievance of the petitioner of his being continued under prolonged suspension inspite of fact that the department has already got the matter examined and an enquiry report has already been submitted before the competent authority. Let this exercise be concluded by the respondents No.3&4 within a period of 90 days from today.
