Grievance of the petitioner is that a departmental enquiry was commenced against the petitioner in the year 2016 wherein admittedly he was exonerated on 14/03/2018. Subsequently, the petitioner retired on 31/05/2018. It is contended that despite the fact that the petitioner has been exonerated from the allegation of departmental enquiry, same is not been considered and after retirement on 31/05/2018 retiral dues of the petitioner are not being paid, there is no rhyme and reason to hold back the same.

Considering the issue, it is directed that the petitioner if makes a fresh representation narrating all the facts and figures including the fact that the petitioner has been exonerated in the departmental enquiry,

concerned authority shall take a decision in such application of the petitioner within a period of 90 days from the date of representation. 3.
