Sam Koshy Order On Board 03/05/2017 The present application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.159/2016 registered at P.S. Ratanpur, District Bilaspur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 394, 34 of IPC. After arguing for sometime, counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty that subject to the applicant surrendering himself before the trial Court and moving an appropriate application for grant of regular bail, the same may be considered on the same day.

Accordingly, the instant application filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. stands dismissed as withdrawn.
