Heard Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this is the second bail application, the first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn on 01.08.2016 with liberty to repeat the same after examination of the prosecutrix. He further submits that till date the prosecutrix has not been examined, therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw the instant second bail application with a request to expedite the trial.

It is ordered, as prayed for.

Accordingly, the second bail application is dismissed as withdrawn; however, the Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial.
