Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has been suspended from the services and till date no monetary benefits during the suspension period has been given to him for which he has made already made representation before the Respondent No.2 which is not considered or decided till date.

Be that as it may, it is directed that respondent No.2 is directed to consider and dispose off the representation given by the petitioner within 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order in

accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stand disposed off.
