The only prayer in this petition is that the arbitral award dated 22.08.2006 for which Execution Case No 01 of 2007 is pending before the District Judge Ambikapur shall be expedited, as it is pending for last 13 years. 2.

Perused the order of the Executing Court. As it appears that the execution proceedings are pending since long, without any observation on the merits of the case, at this stage the executing Court is directed to pursue the execution proceeding to its logical end within a period of one year. 3.

With the above observation, the petition stands disposed of. 4.
