Ms. Akanksha Jain, Advocate, on advance instructions received from the Respondent, submits that the Order of this Court passed on 15.9.2021 in W.P.(S) No.4901/2021 has already been complied with, inasmuch as the representation preferred by the Petitioner stands decided vide Order dated 16.12.2021.

Given the fact that the Respondent has already taken a decision on 16.12.2021 by deciding the representation of the Petitioner, this Court is of the view that the Order of this Court stands complied with. 3.

However, if at all, if the Petitioner is still aggrieved by the said Order dated 16.12.2021, the recourse available to the Petitioner would be to assail the said Order by way of a fresh proceeding. 4.

With the aforesaid liberty to the Petitioner, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
