Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raipur has sought further time to conclude the trial as accused - Ravindra Kishore is not appearing before the trial Court and he is absconding. As such, the time is extended to conclude the trial as soon as after the accused is arrested. Superintendent of Police, Raipur is directed to ensure the arrest of accused in Criminal Case No. 35/2011 pursuant to the standing warrant of arrest against him by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raipur . Copy of this order be sent to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raipur as well as Superintendent of Police, Raipur to ensure that the applicant is arrested and the trial is concluded expeditiously. Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raipur shall also ensure that the accused is arrested with the help of local police at the earliest and trial is expedited.
