1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has been suspended from the post of Home Guard on 02/07/2021 by respondent No. 4 and he may be allowed to make representation for revocation of suspension in light of the decision rendered by the Supreme Court in the matter of Ajay Kumar Choudhary v. Union of India1.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

3. Be that as it may, petitioner is allowed to make representation for revocation of his suspension before respondent No. 4 within three weeks from today which will be considered and decided by respondent No. 4 within further 45 days in light of decision of the Supreme Court in the matter of Ajay Kumar Choudhary (supra).

4. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).
