1. The grievance of the petitioner is the discontinuance of the services of the petitioner working as a daily wage employee under the respondents between 2011 to 2014.

2. Taking into consideration the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner make a suitable representation claiming for reappointment /re-engagement by the department, which in turn the authorities in the department may consider in accordance to Rules and Regulations.

3. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
