1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be allowed to prefer appeal under Rule 15 of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Seva (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1999 (for short, 'the Rules of 1999') within 30 days from today.

2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file appeal under Section 15 of the Rules of 1999 within 30 days from today and if such appeal is preferred, same shall be considered and decided, in accordance with law, within 3 months from the date of filing the same.

3. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
